By accessing or using the Viamonte Exchange platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
2. Definitions
"Platform" refers to Viamonte Exchange, its website, applications, and services. "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform. "Exchange" refers to the transfer of property ownership between users facilitated by the Platform.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.
- You may not create multiple accounts or share accounts with others.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Important
Identity verification is required to list properties and engage in exchanges. We use third-party services to verify user identities.
4. Property Listings
Users may list properties for exchange subject to the following conditions:
- All property information must be accurate and not misleading.
- You must have legal ownership or authority to list the property.
- Listings must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these Terms.
5. Exchange Process
The Platform facilitates property-for-property exchanges. Users agree to:
- Negotiate in good faith and disclose material facts about properties.
- Complete all required documentation for the exchange.
- Pay applicable fees as outlined in the Fee Schedule.
- Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements for the transfer.
6. Fees and Payments
Users agree to pay all applicable fees associated with using the Platform. Fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days' notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viamonte Exchange shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
